How to stay calm? this is one of the most important basics that you need on your way up, there are many situations where-in you lose yourself, you lose your cool, you go angry, you keep burning yourself on the inside coz you didn’t threw it out at the moment.
It could be a moment when you hear something wrong from your boss at your office, or your bestie says something to you he/she shouldn’t have, it might be the attitude of a colleague or your wife or a relative or any stranger, the worst part of it is that it un-balances your energy, distracts you from your cause, learn to over-look, not saying that you lose your self-esteem, teach ’em a lesson some other way round but don’t lose yourself in the moment and please don’t curse yourself for not giving the worst of yours in the moment, its a good thing you did that you didn’t act the same way the other person did.
There was this program the other day on the TV where-in a priest said, all of us have our energy levels, consider the anger/ the darker side to be a negative level and happiness/ the brighter side to be a positive level, or may be other way round if you don’t believe in it this way, but consider physics, when an electron transits from one energy band to another it radiates energy, which is generally a leak of charge, so it was a waste, wasn’t it?
When you change your level from one to another you lose your balance and it takes a while to stabilize, so you lose your time as well, what’s a loss bigger than this? you’re on a mission critical journey, you lose your balance, you lose your time!!
Don’t lose yourself in the moment, overlook it. Stay Calm. Play it cool. And remember it anger is like a poison, that you not just impose over the other person you make face it, but it spreads inside you and the consequences are disastrous.
